Default New Host Suggestions

We are moving the IAAP site to a new Host, and doing a mild redesign, until we can afford to do the big redesign.

Bottom line is that GoDaddy has messed (insert harsh expletive here) with me for the last time. Essentially shut the site down on a baseless Copyright Claim. No notice to me, just shut it down! Its back up obviously, but I have had it with GoDaddy.

Anyone have any suggestions on a good host?

Tom

Hi Tom -

I have been using InMotion Hosting - World Class Business Hosting, VPS Hosting, and Dedicated Servers for probably 7 years now, and they have been super. They are in So Cal. Very little or no down-time, 24-7 tech support, and easy to deal with. I have been very happy with them.

Default Re: New Host Suggestions

I use HostGator to host several domains and have been quite happy with their service. Of all of the hosting companies that I have used over the past 14 years, I've had the least number of issues with this one.
