Hi all

I sent photos to www.lineaeditorial.com (Mrs. Lucrecia Alvarez), after signing a contract that I hold, and agreeing on a fee.
After 10 months I had to buy the book to find out that the photos were published. The book is: The Magic of Small Spaces published by Loft Publications Barcelona. My photos: Apartment Art Gallery and Agnelli Apartment.
I asked for my payement and all I got was an arrogant answer such as: "when we decide to pay we will let you know" (from Mrs Carolina Ferré Dpt. Contable).
After 11 months no money.
This email just to let you know I trusted them, sent the photos and they just dont want to pay for them. So, beware...

I dont care much about the money, what I care for is my trusting people. When this kind of things happen, I tend to stop trusting people and I don't want!

It seems to me that you have a case you can file and sue them for unauthorized use and theft of services.

I would consult with a lawyer.
