Question Firestone Metal Products

Hello all,

First I hope everyone has an enjoyable, prosperous new year!

Has anyone completed work for or responded to any RFQs from Firestone Metal Products out of Anoka, MN? If so, what was the outcome? Did they pay on time? What kind of usage was requested and what was agreed upon?

Thanks for any input you can provide.

Have a great year!

Ken Hamlett

I have never worked for them, and cannot find any bad reviews on-line either. Have you checked the BBB?

I gave them a bid on a project in Feb of '08, for a shoot of a firehouse here in Denver to be scheduled that spring. They accepted the bid, and we were to touch bases in the spring. They never returned any of my phone calls that spring. I gave them up as unprofessional. They also go by the name UNA/CLAD. I dealt with a woman there named Theresa Miller. That's all I know about them.

Thanks Vic. Was she located out of Minnesota? I have been in contact with a woman named Crystal Hackler.

Yeah Kenneth, on Lund Ave in Anoka. I'm thinking that Theresa maybe was replaced before I was supposed to shoot for them that spring. That would explain the lack of email and phone messages returned. Actually, after checking my notes, it was a police station, not a fire station (wrong client). Ask Crystal if they ever got Denver District 3 Police Station shot. Tell her my bid is still good.
